I called for an appointment to look at the air conditioning and the service technician, Marlon, was at the house and had it fixed with in one hour and a half from when I made appointment. Fast, simple and fully knowledgeable with all the proper tools. Totally professional and problem solved!

Marlon from sky air and heat helped me out today at my residence but I have also worked with this company at my business address. They have been nothing but professional and fair. He took the time to explain what was going on, in Laman's terms, so I understood exactly what was going on with my unit before agreeing to pay for anything. Marlon was fantastic. I returned late at night from a 3-week trip to find that my AC wasn't working and we were expecting 95-degree weather the next day. I called Marlon first thing in the morning and he was at my doorstep by 10:00 AM. He took the time to troubleshoot and fix the issue. An obscure electrical component kept blowing the fuse. Bottomline.... he arrived when he said he would and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.
